What are your favorite memories of high school (i.e. funniest thing you did in high school, favorite high school hang out, favorite teachers, favorite club, secret crush, embarrassing moment)?

Hal Gollos and I Being Shot with a Starter Pistol in class by our Biology Teacher for goofing around too often in class... He said "I've had it with you two"--pulled the gun and fired... those days are long gone and could never happen again; no politics, no religion--just good clean fun... we hitch hiked to school from Ladera, then drove my Motocycle, then drove in Jeff's Convertible, then drove to college, to work the kids to Parochial school, and now we drive for fun--still in 1965 model cars.
Cut school to Surf at "The Hook" at Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz renting a surfboard for $2 a day--then building our own boards, dating-- Steady girls Anne Snow, Connie Fields and dinner, dancing and a movie with Becky Wolf, Nina Rucker, and a many others on one-time dates arranged by my family to combine large estates--It was fun but I chose my mate in college and beyond... Party's a my house the Summer of 1970.
Favorite Teacher: Mr. Cain
Smoking Senior Patio
Selling Reds, LSD, Peyote when they were still legal & Grass my Freshman Year--Embarrassing Moment: Getting Busted, Mr. Hutchinson Telling the 2 Menlo Park detectives to let me go after I would not give up my La Honda Connection and Going "Mainstream" By the Second Semester.
Getting Drivers License, driving to school with Jeff Heaton
Never once took the bus to school, Hitch-Hiked, then Drove.

Woodside saved my life; I was caught up as a "dealer" my Freshman year, Busted 1st quarter Freshman year and saved by Mr Hutchinson God Bless Him. Learned more at Ladera Elementary, LeEntrada, Woodside and JPMorgan than I did at College.

Retiring at age 38 in August 1992 and moving to Lake Tahoe for Golf, Hiking, swimmin lakes, Incline Tennis Pro Summer /Heavenly Ski Pro Winter-JPMorgan persuaded me back with $$$ for another 9 years 97-2006 up here until I retired at age 52 in 2006... Best of old days growing up in Ladera, camping on Jasper Ridge, Riding Bay "Mansana" ("apple" in spanish) around Webb Ranch & all over Jasper Ridge trails now closed to the public by San Fransiquito Creek was so fun--lost my--uh hmm at 13 there; I could not imagine a better place on earth to be born and raised, and Tahoe to retire... I cannot help but think how fortunate I've been and do not think any of this was an accident--there must be some miracle here. Woodside was like a prep school too and gave me the education I needed; sure college helped but I had the education to succeed at Woodside--what a great time to be alive!
